1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy defines the procedures for processing and protecting information collected when using the website ecotrading.kz (hereinafter — the Website), owned by EnergyEcoTrading LLP (hereinafter — the Company).

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection". The Company is the owner and operator of the database containing personal data.

By using the Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

2. Data Collected

The Website does not require registration and does not accept online payments. The Company receives personal data only through the wholesale request form, when you fill it in and send it yourself:

  • Name, company name and phone number (required fields)
  • Email and city (optional)
  • Request details: monthly purchase volume, product categories of interest, pickup or delivery, comment
  • Form language and the page the request was sent from

In addition, technical (anonymized) information is collected automatically:

  • Device and browser data (type, version, screen resolution)
  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Referral source
  • Pages viewed and visit duration
  • Visitor region (city/country level)

3. Purpose of Data Collection

The data is used for the following purposes:

  • Processing your wholesale request: preparing a commercial offer, contacting you by phone, email or messenger, agreeing on supply terms
  • Analyzing traffic and user behavior to improve Website content
  • Ensuring correct display of the Website on various devices
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues

4. Personal Data

The form can only be sent after you tick the box agreeing to this Policy. By ticking it, you consent to the Company collecting and processing the personal data entered in the form for the purposes listed in Section 3.

The request is not stored on the Website: the server immediately sends it by email to the Company's mailbox energy@ecotrading.kz. Sending goes through the Vercel platform (Vercel Inc., USA), which hosts the Website, and the Resend email delivery service (Resend, Inc., USA). By sending the form, you agree to the transfer of the data to these services, including outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Only Company employees who work with wholesale clients have access to the requests. The Company does not sell your data and does not pass it on to other third parties, except as required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The data is kept in the Company's mailbox for as long as it is needed to handle the request and to work with you, or until you withdraw your consent, unless the law requires a longer retention period.

Links to messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram) lead directly to the respective applications, and the Website does not process data sent through them.

5. Third-Party Services

The Website uses the web analytics service Yandex Metrica (counter No. 107225666), provided by Yandex LLC (Russia).

Yandex Metrica collects anonymized visitor statistics using cookie technology. The collected information does not allow identifying a specific user.

The Website also uses the web analytics service Google Analytics (ID G-C5GKX8ECES), provided by Google LLC (USA). Google Analytics collects anonymized visitor statistics using cookies and does not store visitors' IP addresses.

6. Cookies

The Website uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Yandex Metrica analytics. Cookies set by Yandex Metrica are necessary for collecting anonymized visitor statistics.
  • Google Analytics. Cookies set by Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) are used to count anonymized visitor statistics.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. This will not affect the main functionality of the Website.

7. User Rights

Regarding the data from the request form, you have the right to:

  • Find out what personal data the Company holds about you and get a copy of it
  • Request that your data be corrected or completed
  • Request that your data be deleted, or withdraw your consent to its processing

To do so, write to energy@ecotrading.kz or call the phone number in Section 8. The Company will fulfil the request within the time limits set by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

You can also limit the collection of technical information yourself:

  • Clear cookies and localStorage data through your browser settings
  • Use Incognito mode for anonymous browsing
  • Install extensions to block analytics trackers
